Who is eligible to join a Maltese Cannabis Association?

Membership is strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 and over who are legal residents of Malta. You must possess a valid Maltese Identity Card or a Maltese Residency Permit. Under the current legal framework, tourists and short-term visitors are not permitted to join CHRAs or access cannabis through these associations.

The primary regulatory body is the Authority for the Responsible Use of Cannabis (ARUC).
